Soy Glazed Chicken with Broccoli and Rice Recipe

Cook the white rice according to package instructions.
In a bowl, mix minced garlic, soy sauce, and coconut milk. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 15 minutes.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, until fully cooked. Set aside.
In the same skillet, add the broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Slice the cooked chicken, and serve with broccoli over the cooked rice. Squeeze lemon juice over the top before serving.
