Ingredients

2 large potatoes, diced
1 cup seaweed, rehydrated
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, diced
3 cups vegetable broth
1/2 cup heavy cream

Seasoning

1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika

Steps

In a pot, sauté the onion until translucent.
Add the diced potatoes, rehydrated seaweed, and chopped tomatoes to the pot.
Pour in the vegetable broth, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and simmer for 25 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream, let it simmer for another 5 minutes, and serve hot.
