Ingredients

1 lb stew beef
4 cups beef broth
1 onion, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 sweet potato, cubed
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp coconut aminos

Seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Steps

In a pressure cooker, brown the stew beef over medium-high heat.
Add the onion, carrots, celery, mushrooms, and sweet potato to the pressure cooker.
Stir in the tomato paste, coconut aminos, and seasonings.
Pour in the beef broth and give everything a good mix.
Secure the lid, set the cooker to high pressure, and cook for 35 minutes.
