Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
8 oz noodles (your choice of pasta)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Seasoning

1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Steps

Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken strips, seasoning them with salt and black pepper.
Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and mushrooms, sautéing for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes until they begin to soften.
Return the chicken to the skillet and add chopped basil, mixing everything together and cooking for another 2 minutes.
Serve the chicken mixture over the cooked noodles, sprinkling grated parmesan cheese on top before serving.
