Ingredients

2 corn tortillas
1 cup black beans
1 avocado, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 cup corn
1 cup lettuce, shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced

Seasoning

1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

In a skillet, sauté the onions, bell peppers, and garlic until tender.
Add the black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, paprika, and garlic powder, and cook until heated through.
