Lemony Butter Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
2 lemons
1 onion
4 tbsp butter
1 cup flour

Seasoning

1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika

Steps

Slice the chicken breasts into thin cutlets.
Coat the chicken in flour seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika.
In a hot pan, sauté the chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
In the same pan, melt the butter and caramelize the sliced onions.
Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into the pan and add the chicken back in, simmering for 5 minutes.
Slice the remaining lemon and add it to the pan, then serve.
