Ingredients

4 slices bread
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 slices cooked bacon
2 tbsp butter

Steps

Place 2 slices of cheddar cheese on 2 slices of bread, then add 2 slices of cooked bacon on top of the cheese.
Top with the remaining slices of bread, spread the outside of the sandwiches with butter, and grill in a non-stick pan over medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides.
