Ingredients

1/2 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 cups cooked white rice

Seasoning

2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Steps

In a bowl, mix the pork with soy sauce and curry powder, then set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, stir fry the mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper until tender.
Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet, add the pork, and cook until no longer pink.
Sprinkle ginger powder and garlic powder over the pork and vegetables, then stir to combine.
Serve the stir fry over cooked white rice and enjoy!
