4 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp chocolate chips

1/4 tsp salt

Steps

In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
