Ingredients

8 oz noodles
1 cup cauliflower florets
1/2 cup corn kernels
1/4 cup seaweed
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 lemon

Seasoning

1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Steps

Cook the noodles according to package instructions, adding the cauliflower and corn during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
