Cheesy Beef Tacos Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 cup shredded cheese
6 small tortillas
1 tomato, diced

Seasoning

1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Steps

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until the beef is browned and the onions are tender.
Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet. Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla, then top with shredded cheese and diced tomatoes.
