Cheesy Beef and Sweet Potato Stuffed Peppers Recipe

Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then add the diced onions, sweet potato, and seasonings, cooking until the sweet potato is tender.
Slice the bell peppers in half lengthwise, removing the seeds and membranes, then stuff each half with the beef and sweet potato mixture.
