Ingredients

2 chicken leg quarters
4 medium-sized potatoes
3 tbsp butter
1 head of lettuce

Seasoning

1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder

Steps

Preheat the oven to 425°F.
In a bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with 2 tablespoons of melted butter, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, until golden and crispy.
